Returns
At One Hundred Years, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and personalized items.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@onehundredyearskenya.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or issue a refund. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item to report any issues.
For items that are eligible for exchange, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will process the exchange promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund accordingly.
